Cep 31 Demo is the demo build of Character Edit Pro 3.1, a Realmz character and item editor for the Classic Mac by piosoft@winternet.com. The shareware utility lets players fully edit characters in saved Realmz games and create custom items, with a streamlined interface and faster item scrolling than earlier editors.

Realmz editor

The tool targets Fantasoft's role-playing engine Realmz, exposing party stats, gold, gems, jewelry, and inventory through a dedicated editor window rather than a hex patcher.

Item creation

According to its own description, Character Edit Pro 3.1 was the only editor at the time that allowed manipulation and creation of Realmz items, letting users build named custom gear such as bespoke swords or cloaks.

Demo limits

This package is the demo edition rather than the registered shareware build, so some editing features are restricted pending registration with the author.
