Dark Sun Roller

Dark Sun Character Maker 2.5 by Michael LaBauve is a Macintosh utility for TSR's original Dark Sun Boxed Set campaign setting. It creates, maintains, modifies, and prints player characters for the post-apocalyptic Athas world, and handles most of the dice rolling and bookkeeping a player or DM would otherwise do by hand.

What it does

Generates and tracks Dark Sun characters end-to-end, including the unusually high attribute rolls and psionic options that make the setting distinct from standard AD&D. Output can be printed for table use.

Built-in dice and helpers

Performs most functions that ordinarily require dice, plus a few additional bookkeeping tasks tied to character maintenance.

Setting scope

Targets the original Dark Sun Boxed Set rules specifically, rather than the later revised or expanded boxed sets.
