Betty Bobs

This is my update to iMpactt's Betty Bobs patch. Betty Bobs 1.1 will replace both the sprites and sounds for Bob in your original Marathon files. Version 1.0 was mute, so a need for screams and whimpers lodged itself in my brain. The result is the patch you now hold in your hands.
