Adolfs Gymnasium is a fan-made scenario pack for the Macintosh release of Wolfenstein 3D, replacing the stock maps with a custom level set themed around a fortified school complex. It is loaded through the standard Mac Wolfenstein 3D scenario mechanism.
Scenario format
The Mac port of Wolfenstein 3D supported user-built scenario files that swapped in new level layouts, textures, and enemy placements while reusing the core engine, and Adolfs Gymnasium ships as one such drop-in scenario.
Setting
True to the Wolfenstein 3D fan-mod tradition of the mid-1990s, the scenario reframes the game's World War II maze-shooter template inside an institutional building, leaning on corridors and classrooms rather than castle dungeons.
How to use
The scenario file is placed alongside the original Mac Wolfenstein 3D application and selected from the scenario menu in-game; the original game is required to play it.
