Pathways Guide is a player-made hint and walkthrough companion for Pathways into Darkness, Bungie's 1993 first-person Macintosh dungeon-crawler set beneath a Yucatan pyramid. The guide steers stuck adventurers through the game's tangled maze of levels, locked doors, and lurking horrors without spoiling everything at once.

Pathways into Darkness was Bungie's breakout Mac title and the technical forerunner to Marathon. Its sprawling, dimly lit map and unforgiving save system made third-party hint material genuinely useful.
Hints and Walkthroughs
The guide collects level-by-level tips, item locations, and puzzle solutions, organized so players can dip in for a single nudge or read straight through as a walkthrough.
Classic Mac Companion
Distributed in the Mac shareware tradition, Pathways Guide is meant to sit on the desktop next to Bungie's game itself, letting players Cmd-Tab over for help when the catacombs get the better of them.
