Recycling is a HyperCard shareware program by Joe Hammons that turns sorting trash into a timed thinking game for children of all ages. Players drag items into the correct recycling containers and try to see how many they can correctly recycle in a single minute.

Built as a HyperCard stack, Recycling runs on the same Mac systems that hosted thousands of small classroom and home-learning titles in the 1990s.
Sort by container
Gameplay centers on trial-and-error placement of trash items into the appropriate bins, rewarding correct sorting and reinforcing the categories of recyclable materials.
One-minute challenge
A one-minute timer turns the lesson into a small score-chasing game: how many items can you correctly recycle before time runs out?
