Sim Tower Cheat

SimTowerCHEAT is an application that allows you to allocate up to five stars to your tower, and/or change the POPulation parameter, and/or appreciably increase your budget. And when I say "appreciably", I mean... up to one billion bucks !!! SimTower CHEAT is distributed as freeware. You can feel free to use it and share it with your friends at will. Feel free (too) to send me all comments, suggestions, and bug reports via my e-mail address. Note : SimTower happens to use the $100 bill as a monetary unit, so, in some cases, your budget will be rounded. I.E.: $1250 will be rounded to $1300.
