About

Den Lilla Roda Vagnen ("The Little Red Wagon") is the Swedish-language Macintosh edition of a children's educational title from the international Little Fingers series, released and localised by Bosse Jarnhall at Dr. Feelgood as part of an ongoing 1990s effort to bring quality children's software to Swedish-speaking homes and schools.

About the program

The BinHex distribution describes the title as a pedagogically structured program aimed at younger children, intended to be both playful and instructive. It was published in Sweden by Dr. Feelgood (feelgood.se) as part of an ongoing localisation effort that brought several Little Fingers titles into Swedish for use at home and in schools.

Licensing and registration

Distribution followed the shareware conventions of the late 1990s Swedish Mac scene: a single-user license was offered at 140 SEK and a school license at 500 SEK, payable through the Swedish postal giro system using a standard payment slip from the post office.

Distribution

The release was originally announced for download from the Dr. Feelgood website and mirrored to the MacPower (macpower.com) file archive in Sweden. The Info-Mac copy in this archive is the BinHex package as it was uploaded to the international Info-Mac mirror network.
