Creative games include an acclaimed Pong clone, a Pac-Man clone, animations, music makers, mathematical puzzles, educational quizzes, etc. Original HyperTalk utilities include a Find/Replace function, an Internet data converter, an automatic index generator, a progress bar, synchronised multiple scrolling fields, and much much more. It is also an ideal vehicle to learn scripting, as well as to demonstrate the awesome power of HyperCard! * HyperGames has been "battle-tested" with real kids. In fact, many of the games were conceived by kids, and most of the graphics were drawn by kids (8, 6, and 4 year olds). HyperGames can be enjoyed in HyperCard Player, but you can extend the games and utilities if you take full advantage of HyperCard. HyperGames has colour, but most of the games and utilities function well on a black & white monitor. * The design philosophy of HyperGames is "simplicity and consistency", or "Keep it Simple Stupid (K.I.S.S.)". The scripts contain 100% pure HyperTalk with no X-things (XCMD, XFCN) except for "AddColor". * HyperGames is HyperCard stackware for the Apple Macintosh computer, but it will be converted to cross-platform QuickTime Interactive (QTi) format. It will be on-line playable directly from a web browser, and downloadable to any personal computer that supports Apple's QuickTime Interactive (QTi) technology.
