BigFoot 2.2 is a Mac OS X "desktop critter" by Ben Haller of Stick Software that drops a pair of animated feet onto your desktop for endless small-scale entertainment. The peripatetic companions mostly mind their own business, but occasionally interact with the user in a variety of configurable ways.
Behaviors
The feet wander the desktop, dance, chase the mouse, play hopscotch, and engage in numerous other small routines. Both their appearance and their behavior are extremely configurable through the application's preferences.
Version 2.2 Changes
This release introduced a brand-new application icon courtesy of Alexander MacLean of widgetwidget.com, added a new (initially hidden) behavior for the feet, fixed console log noise on Mac OS X 10.2 caused by an old plist format, and added a Dutch localization.
Distribution
Released by Stick Software (sticksoftware.com) and approved for inclusion on CD-ROM archives. Mirrored on Info-Mac as big-foot-22.hqx.
